Most forwarders outsource clearance and inherit its delays. MSI holds its own PPJK license, which means the people classifying your goods, filing your PEB or PIB, and responding to customs queries sit in our office and answer to your operations lead.
Whether your cargo is directed to the Red or Green line is entirely at the discretion of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. What we guarantee is that your documentation, classification, and compliance are thoroughly prepared before your cargo leaves origin, so whatever line it enters, you are ready. We also handle legal documents: Master List, Form A for vehicles, Surveyor Reports for LARTAS goods, and SUT and SRUT certificates.
